Paul Mitchell The School Rexburg must prepare the completion and graduation rate of its certificate- or degree-seeking, first-time, full time undergraduate students each year. The annual rates are based on the 12-month period that ended August 31 of the prior year. The rates will track the outcomes for students for whom 150% of the normal time for completion or graduation has elapsed. Normal time is the amount of time necessary for a student to complete all requirements for a degree or certificate according to the institution’s catalog. These rates are generated from the school student record management system.
